Shipping and Exchange FAQ

Shipping

Currently we are only shipping in New Zealand and now Australia but are working to ship globally soon! 

All parcels are inspected before they leave our warehouse for quality control and are bubble wrapped for protection (currently working on a more sustainable version and will be available soon) and most of our postage bags are made from recycled materials and can be recycled once labelling and shipping manifest are removed. We still are using NZ post bags when needed to but are working towards only using sustainable methods. 

All purchases will be processed and sent within 1-3 working days, in regards to the current times, postage may take a little longer but we will endeavour to get you your parcel as quick as possible. 

Due to the financial issues that covid and rising cost we have had to increase our shipping fee, we hope to bring these back down soon! 

Within NZ

Postage and packaging with no signature is $10nzd with tracking, - please allow for a safe place for parcels to be left - we and our delivery partner are not liable for stolen goods once delivered. 

Shipping is free for purchases over $50 nzd

Within Australia 

Postage and packaging- standard shipping is $20nzd and free shipping for all orders $80nzd and over. Please allow for a safe place for parcels to be left - we and our delivery partner are not liable for stolen goods once delivered. 

For shipment to Australia, please be aware that there may be some additional taxes or duties imposed by customs which will be the responsibility of the the recipient/buyer.

We will send you a confirmation email once we have 

  • received the order 
  • sent the parcel 

Once the parcel has left our warehouse, we take no responsibility in extra charges or delays that are incurred on the buyers end.

Exchanges and returns 

Here at a.trio we hope you love everything as much as we do but on the rare occasion you do not, you can return your item for a full refund or exchange if contact to us is made within 14 days after items are delivered, the items must be in original packaging and must be in acceptable sellable conditions. 

We do not accept refunds/exchanges of 

  • item(s) that have been used, worn or damaged
  • sale item(s) 
  • gift cards

Sale items can be refunded if faulty.

Please note that buyers are responsible for all returns/exchange shipping charges. 

Once item(s) are received, we will process your refund.

For exchanges, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item OR you can inquire for an exchange, once the original item is returned we will send the exchanged items. 

Please email us with you order number and we will have it taken care of. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
